1 ON 1 BOXING COACHING

  • Sessions are one hour long.

    Each rounds are generally 3 mins with a 45 second rest in between.

    I use this timing as a baseline to mimic boxing rounds.

    I will adjust the round duration based upon your experience and cardiovascular level.

  • 1 ON 1 BOXING

    In the 1 ON 1 Boxing sessions, you can expect to gain muscle, shed fat and have a blast de-stressing all at the same time through boxing.

    You will be focusing on boxing skills like proper footwork, shadowboxing, working good defensive habits, and correct punching fundamentals.

    Whether your goal is to improve your overall health, to learn a new skill, or need a positive outlet for stress relief, there is absolutely no better activity than boxing.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • The session will consist of a dynamic warm up to start and then you will go into supervised workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals.

    I am adamant about coaching my clients before you hit the training floor. The real coaching starts when you do your free consultation.

    This is where I will reach out and dig deep to find out what you are really looking for and what goals drove you to make the change.
